The Invest Seoul Center signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Kazakhstan's Astana Hub in August to expand exchanges and cooperation to help the entry of startups into the two countries, and attract foreign investors into Seoul.
Through this agreement, the both organizations will keep their joint efforts to further enhance bilateral cooperation so innovative IT startups and global investors in Kazakhstan to make inroads into Seoul, where excellent human resources and research infrastructure are concentrated.
