2. Requirements

• Two copies of foreign investment declaration form (delivered by each organization)
• One copy of investment nationality certificate
• Document based on the type of foreign investors
  • Individuals, permanent residents : a copy of CEO’s passport, consent form for collecting and using personal information
  • Foreign corporation: a list of stockholders and a copy of CEO’s passport

* In case of declaration by an agent ⇒ power of attorney & an identification of the real name of the trustee with apostille (In case a country is not a party to an agreement of apostille, those documents must be notarized and receive approval stamps from the Korean consulate in the country where the applicant resides)
* In case of investment to a pre-existing Korean company ⇒ written consent, agreement or written agreement(All the documents must be notarized)

Consulting time	14:00 ~ 17:00 on weekdays

• 외국인 투자자 거주증명서 1부
• 외국인 투자가에 따른 제출서류
  • 외국인 개인, 해외 영주권자 : 대표자 여권 사본, 개인정보 수집이용 동의서
  • 외국 법인 : 주주 명부, 대표자 여권 사본

* 대리 신고의 경우 ⇒ 아포스티유 확인 위임장 및 위임받은 자의 실명 확인 증표 (아포스티유 협약국이 아닌 경우, 해당국 주재 대한민국 영사 확인으로 대체)
* 기존 한국기업에 대한 투자의 경우 ⇒ 공증 받은 동의서, 계약서 또는 합의서
