Summary

Eligibility	Foreign-invested companies established or increased capital in 2021(based in Seoul) (those who have incorporated this year in Seoul and investment size is over 100 million won)
Contents	Support for basic legal service fee of incorporation/capital increase depending on the amount of investment and capital increase. (ex. FDI 100 million won → 420,000 won)
How to apply	- Application: Submit documents after selecting an agency(law firm, certified judicial scrivener) and making the transaction and send an e-mail(fdi@sba.seoul.kr) with application & documentary evidence *First come, first serve - Requirements ① Application and information usage agreement ② Contract or estimate of law agency ③ Business license or certificate of the agent ④ Payment confirmation of corporate registration tax ⑤ Legal service fee transfer statement and receipt ⑥ A bank account of foreign-invested company ⑦ Certified of corporate register of foreign-invested company ⑧ Certificate of foreign-invested company registration ⑨ Business license of foreign-invested company ※ For capital increase, it is necessary to submit a Foreign Investment Report or Certificate of Foreign Refund Purchase
Application Period	March 2021 ~ 10 Dec 2021  (*Financial support will be First-come, first-served until the allocated budget is exhausted.) ※ The schedule is changeable depending on the circumstances

외국인 직접투자(FDI) 활성화를 위해 외투기업의 법인설립 및 증자 법무비용을 지원합니다.

지원개요

지원대상	'21년 FDI로 신규법인 설립 또는 증자한 외국인투자기업(서울 소재 + FDI 1억원 이상)
지원내용	법인설립/증자 법무비 용지원 : 당해연도 신규 법인설립 및 증자 외투기업을 대상으로 투자 및 증자 규모에 따라 법무비용 기본보수 실비 지원 (ex. 1억 투자시, 기본보수 42만원 지원)
참여방법	- 신청방법 : 법인설립/증자 대행(변호사/법무사) 진행 → 신청서 및 증빙서류 이메일(fdi@sba.seoul.kr) 접수(선착순) - 제출서류 ① 신청서 및 정보제공동의서 ② 법무대행 계약서 또는 견적서 ③ 법무대행인 사업자등록증 또는 자격증 사본 ④ 등록면허세 납부확인서 ⑤ 법무비용 이체내역서 및 영수증 ⑥ 외투기업 통장 ⑦ 외투기업 법인등기부등본 ⑧ 외투기업등록증 ⑨ 외투기업 사업자등록증 ※ 증자는 외국인투자신고서 및 외국환매입증명서 제출 필
